In a private consultation, we will discuss in detail where you’re at, your specific needs, and custom a six-week plan carefully curated for you. 

Having an individual practice plan can prove especially helpful in designing an appropriate and balanced Ashtanga Yoga practice routine that is both invigorating and restorative.

The cost of our practice plans is £180, and we offer a 15% discount to our online students. Our practice plan includes a 30-minute consultation call, a 75-minute online 1:1 asana class, the design and delivery of a practice plan carefully curated to your unique needs and requirements, and a final chat to clarify any questions.

Upon receiving your booking, we will contact you with potential dates and times to schedule your first individual online consultation to discuss your needs in depth. Please allocate 45 minutes for this initial meeting.

Your practice plan will be ready within one week. We will schedule a second meeting to go through your plan and clarify any questions.
