Feminine Yoga Method™ Library
£19,50 / month ; £195 / year
A structured body of work supporting the development of practice over time. This is a growing reference library – where ideas, methods and technical work accumulate and deepen.
Paid subscribers receive full access to the entire library, including all archived material. Each month, you will receive two to three pieces:
- one method essay exploring female physiology and its application within traditional Ashtanga Yoga
- one monthly technical practice note – focused, precise work you can apply directly
- one selected piece from the archive – to reinforce continuity and understanding
Over time, these form a coherent system – supporting clarity, refinement, and grounding in practice.
1:1 Refinement Sessions
4 sessions, £300; 1 session, £110
Online technical sessions where we work closely on your practice, looking at movement patterns, areas of restriction, and how your practice is organised.
This is precise, individual work with full attention on your practice.
These sessions are for practitioners who want:
- clear, individualised attention
- to return from injury with direction and confidence
- to deepen their understanding of form, organisation, and breath
- to address patterns that require focused work
- to refine their practice with clarity and structure
This is focused, one-to-one work – one hour per session. Not a replacement for your regular practice, but a way to refine it.
