The Method: Autumn Immersion. A structured, clear practice that grows with you.

9 October – 11 December 2026
The Autumn Immersion is a ten-week educational programme designed to complement and further grow your regular Ashtanga Yoga practise, by bringing together the principles and skills that often support greater clarity, structure and consistency over the years.
Rather than replacing your regular classes, the Practice Immersion provides a structured framework for deepening your understanding of practice over time.
Through weekly Mysore practice, focused educational sessions and ongoing guidance, we’ll explore the principles that support intelligent progression and long-term growth.
The aim is not to simply practise, but to bring greater clarity, structure and intention to the way you practice – to understand how practice can evolve through changing seasons of life, work, energy and responsibility while remaining both traditional and sustainable.
Over then weeks, we establish a framework for long-term development that extends well beyond the duration of the programme.

Who is this for?
The practice immersion is designed for women with an established Ashtanga Yoga practice who wish to develop greater clarity, a sustainable structure and depth in the way they practice.
It is for practitioners who understand that long-term progress is built through thoughtful, consistent work rather than isolated breakthroughs.
This programme may be a good fit if you:
- have an established Ashtanga Yoga practice and are ready to deepen your understanding of it
- value clear structure and intelligent guidance while maintaining ownership of your own practice
- are interested in the principles behind strength, recovery and sustainable progression
- enjoy learning as much as practising
- are looking for a committed group of practitioners who value consistency and thoughtful discussion
- see practice as a long-term discipline rather than a short-term challenge
Although some practitioners choose to study exclusively through our Practice Immersions, you are welcome to continue practising with your regular teacher, and belonging to your practice community. The Practice Immersion complements the journey by providing the educational framework that helps you deepen your understanding and connect the dots over time.
