The Inner Temple

From Performance to Truth
A workshop for female yoga teachers

🌙 Workshop Details
📅 Monday 13th October, 6:00–8:00 pm

West London Buddhist Centre, 45A Porchester Rd, London W2 5DP

For years I thought I was following the path that “made sense”: travelling to Mysore, India, sacrificing a lot, becoming authorised, running a shala. But the reality was exhaustion, burnout, and being constantly broke.

It was only when I began listening inward — to what was true for me, to my own strengths, to the type of life I wanted to live — that I could reshape my life. Today, I teach internationally, run my own online programmes, and hold space for women to find their own voice, instead of losing themselves in what the system or community expects.

If you are a yoga teacher who wants to deepen both your practice and your teaching in a way that honours clarity, intuition, and your unique truth, then this workshop is for you.

🌹 Part I — Clarity & Inner Wisdom

  • Return, Connect, Surface” — simple practices to restore calm, awaken clarity, and help you listen deeply.
  • Reflect  — getting clear on what is true for you as a teacher: your unique strengths, your values, and your voice.

🌹 Part II — Teaching with Precision & Care

  • Surya Namaskar & Standing Sequence — refining the exact, precise vinyasa counts.
  • Safe & Effective Teaching — the foundations of every class, where both teachers and students gain the most.
  • Practical insights from 15+ years of teaching — how to keep the “basics” alive, powerful, and sustainable.

✨ This is not about performance or proving.
It is about stepping into responsibility, clarity, and truth — and letting your teaching flow from there.
